As we move into the 4th month of our first experiment, the team has been busy monitoring the temperature, sunlight, humidity, and air flow inside of Warehouse X. Our first experiment is examining sunlight specifically and what influence it has on the taste of aging whiskey. Results and conclusions are many years away, but we will begin to observe if there are any subtle differences in the barrels in different chambers soon.
